What's happening

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council gives notice of a proposed resolution to classify Lots 3, 4 & 5 DP 1298140, purchased for road widening, as “Operational Land”.

Council has completed the negotiated acquisition of the land for the purpose of road widening of the existing shared path on the corner of Myra St and Edgeworth David Avenue, Wahroonga. The land adjoins the existing shared path, with respective areas of 4m2, 1.8m2 and 0.1m2 and will create splay corners.

Supporting plans are included in the document library.

After classification as “Operational Land” the land will be dedicated as Public Road.
