Notice is hereby given that Council proposes to enter into a lease agreement with Northern District Cricket Club Inc for the purpose of existing indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, for a period of up to twenty one (21) years as shown in the attached Lease Plan at:

• Waitara Park, Mark Taylor Oval, 20 Waitara Avenue, Waitara (Location Plan attached in Document Library)

This matter was reported to Council at the Council Meeting held on 14 December 2022, CE19/22. Northern District Cricket Club Inc currently occupy the premises under a short term licence agreement.
