The Office of Local Government has updated the Model Code of Meeting Practice. Councils are now required to include the mandatory provisions in their own Code of Meeting Practice.

What Happens Next?

Submissions will be reviewed before Council adopts the final Code of Meeting Practice. The Code of Meeting Practice is adopted. The final version will be presented for formal adoption at an upcoming Council meeting
