Update
Council approved classification of the four areas of road widening (splay corners) at Asquith & Hornsby as “Operational Land”.
On 14 February 2023 they were all dedicated as public road.

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, we are proposing to classify four parcels of land purchased for road widening in Hornsby and Asquith as 'Operational Land'. The land will then be dedicated as a Public Road.
