We asked for community feedback via the Your Say project page from the 12 June to the 31 July 2025.
Individual letters were to sent to all households within a 50 metre radius of the proposed parking bays.

Car sharing service provider, Flexicar, is proposing to install car share vehicles at 6 new locations:
Flexicar have recently been chosen as one of Hornsby Shire Car Share Operators.
This proposal means that one parking bay will be converted to “No Parking (Authorised Care Share Vehicles Excepted)” at each of the 6 locations listed above.
Car sharing offers people access to a car by the hour or day, reducing reliance on car ownership.
Car sharing also reduces the number of cars on the road, with expected reductions in parking pressure and congestion in the areas we operate.
We want your views regarding this proposal.
The results of the consultation will be referred to the Hornsby Local Traffic Committee for consideration and recommendation to Council.
